Ms. Haley has been with Lutz & Partners since early 2011. With over ten years of international sales and marketing experience with multinationals in North America and Asia, Ms. Haley's area of expertise in executive search lies within the Healthcare and IT arenas.

Ms. Haley started her career as a Sales Representative with Xerox Canada and later held various sales and marketing positions within Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Company in Canada and in Singapore. Throughout her career, her focus has been on client management, customer care and development of communication strategies.

Ms. Haley has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Canada and is very active in non-profit organizations in Geneva and Africa. She is of English mother-tongue and has acquired a good proficiency in French over the past years of Swiss residency.
